II. Personal data processing
Personal data processing is performed by IPN through automated and/or analogical means, such as: Collection, Register, Organization, Customization, Search, Dissemination, Comparison, and Deletion.
III. Data subject consent
IPN requires to the data subject, in all cases, the freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent. For children under 13, processing is only lawful if consent is given by holders of parental responsibility.
IV. GDPR Compliance
IPN is fully compliant with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and internal legislation. IPN keeps a continuous and thorough registry of all processing activities.
V. Lawfulness of processing
Personal data shall be processed for: Statutory goals, legal compliance, contract performance, project auditing, quality certification, and security of premises.
